Indian Cooks and Restaurant have what is know as their own spice mix or recipe:
making each one unique.

This is ours, which we call, Veerasway, Fresh Indian.

It’s the blending of Indian Spices and cooking methods with American food sensibilities; along with replacing the saturated fat of ghee (clarified butter) with healthier mono-saturated oils.

Eating in India is all about coming together and sharing food with family and friends. Therefore, we offer the plates in a la carte sizes so that you may mix and match and share multiple dishes in one sitting, as Indian Culture has done for centuries.
